Prices are plus VAT at 20%, are on a per day basis and include food, insurance and heating. We don’t charge extra to administer medicines you supply or feeding your own food. Our fees are charged from the day of arrival and to the date you have booked, even if collected earlier. Departure days will not be chargeable if your pets are collected by 10.00 a.m. 
 
Please note that there is a minimum 2 day charge (during July & August minimum of 4-7 days) for all boarders, regardless of the time of collection on day of departure. 
 
For all bookings as of 1st January 2024, prices are subject to a £1.00+VAT per animal price increase. 
 

 

 

Terms and Conditions  

No animal will be accepted unless proof of inoculation is furnished upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pets looking unwell or dangerous. 
 
Vaccination certificates must be presented at check- in. We cannot accept any dog or cat without an up-to-date vaccination certificate 
• (A) Vaccinations required for dogs: Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Canine Parvovirus and Kennel Cough, the latter must be given a minimum of 14 days before boarding, as is a live vaccine. 
• (B) Vaccinations required for cats: Infectious Feline Enteritis, Feline Respiratory Disease. 
 
All bookings are accepted and rely on you making the following declarations: 
 
“I understand that while every care will be given to my animals, they are booked in entirely at my own risk.” 
“I authorise you to call a veterinary surgeon on my behalf should it be necessary during this or any future visits. If you need to take my pet to a vet, a charge of £20.00+VAT + £1.00+VAT per mile, will be charged for to cover petrol costs”. 
“I understand that the boarding fees are due for the full booking should I collect my animals before the date of departure and that all bookings require either full payment upon booking, or for a later date, 4 months prior to the arrival date".  
"I understand that all dates are subject to availability upon confirmation and payment made".  
"I understand the daily rate shown is applied per calendar day and checkout is between 9am-10am unless I have otherwise pre-booked". 
"I understand that if I collect my pet between 9am-10am on the day of booked departure, there is no charge for that day, after 10am another days charge will be incurred". 
"I understand there is a minimum of a 2 day/night charge, whether one or two are taken and during busy periods a minimum of a 4 night stay charge". 
"I understand the full payment is due prior to the arrival date to secure every booking and if I have not sent my payment in full by 4 months prior to the arrival date, the dates will be released.  
"I understand there is a minimum of 14 days notice needed for all cancellations (including COVID related reasons) and if given, I will be entitled to 70% of the payment as a refund or transferred to an alternative available date and that 30% of the payment will be retained as a non-refundable/transferable cancellation fee". 
"I understand there is a £30.00+VAT supplement charge, per household over the Christmas period". 
"I understand you cannot accept dangerous or aggressive dogs as this would be unsafe for your staff and other guests. (This is not breed specific and is judged on temperament)". 
"I understand that in the unlikely event that my dog/cat becomes unwell during their stay with, they will be treated by my vet or yours (if out of opening hours or too far away. I understand this cost should be covered by your boarding insurance (up to the policy maximum) unless it is for a pre-existing condition. I understand anything not covered by your insurance will be my responsibility and charged at the time of collection or directly from my own vet. I understand there is a £20.00+VAT transport charge plus £1.00 per mile, mileage if a vet visit is required, which I will be charged upon collection". 
"I understand you reserve the right to re-home any dog/cat that has not been collected within 14 days of the stated departure date, after efforts have been made to contact me with no response". 
"I understand I need to advise advise if my dog is destructive with bedding, fencing, excessive chewing or anything else, so that you can take appropriate precautions. Failure to advise you will result in charges for any damage caused". 
We will not put any images of your pets on social media as a security preventative. If we take images of your pets during their stay with us, for our website/marketing purposes, we will ask your permission first. If you wish to see how your pet is doing whilst away, please either email or call us and we will respond.
